I was looking for a coffee shop before heading out of town and saw the sign from the road. I was not sure what to expect but decided to give it a try. When I entered I was met by Karin. She and I had some good conversation. One thing we both agreed on was was good coffee. This is what I love about small towns the people. Look for some bourbon barrel maple syrup heading your way.

Karen, the owner, couldn't be nicer! But, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows (only 2 on the bed) were exceptionally flat! Remember to bring your own! Karen brews fresh coffee every morning at 8 (wish it was earlier) for the guests, which is awesome! For an older motel in the very north of Michigan, it's very quaint. We've stayed 2 summers in a row.

Been years since I’ve been up to copper Harbor, since i became disabled, but I’ve stayed there several times and the place is lovely and staff is very helpful and kind! The coffee shop, this A hole that left 1 star, the star buck queen, needs to head back to where flat landers hang out and stay in the city! The coffee was great, and I had a caffeine buzz by noon from the chocolate covered coffee beans lol I was hiking and eating those things I was so jacked up . When I have surgery and get able my first road trip up to kewanaw, will be stopping by to Brockway Inn!

It's a cute little motel. The rooms were very clean and Karen, the owner, is very welcoming and makes great coffee. The beds were a bit outdated but we slept well. It was a very quiet room.

My wife and I stayed here a couple nights during our visit to the Copper Harbor area. After reading reviews, we were expecting much less from this place, but were pleasantly surprised! We were very pleased with the rooms, service, and friendliness of the owners. The coffee shop and dining advice from the owners were also great pluses. The features in these rooms were more than enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A rustic gem. There were no negative factors, all positive with my stay. The owners were very attentive and brought necessities, when requested, even as far as minor car help with under inflated tire when local gas station did not have the means. Coffee is very good. Community fridge and microwave were very helpful for my stay. The best part, was that there are no heavy fragrances used for bedding and towels.Huge positive for those of us with fragrance sensitivities. And no musty or old smells, but a very clean environment. Would stay again.

The owners are incredibly friendly and will give great advice on the area if you ask for it. They are also very attentive to any needs you may have while you are staying at the Brockway Inn. The Whirlpools in every room are really great to have as well, especially after a long day of hiking or biking!

Super clean and quiet. Son was visiting so decided to drive up to Copper Harbor. No AC but you don't need it and it's nice to not hear it. There is a fan in the room and dark curtains should you want to sleep in. It was pretty hot out but as soon as we walked in, nice and cool! There is what is like a covered front porch that leads to the rooms with the coffee/gift shop in the center. Coffee at 8am and it is very good! Definitely within walking distance to town. Owners on-site and just lovely people. Highly recommend.
